Nothing in this clause shall limit the Lender’s right to initiate any legal action or proceedings concerning the Finance consultant or the Finance consultant Documents in any other court, tribunal, or appropriate forum with competent jurisdiction. The Borrower and/or the Guarantor hereby consent to such jurisdiction.
