What are the criteria for our customers to request a refund?
1. A customer may be eligible for a refund if they send an email request (using their registered email ID) to refund@cashecredit.com within 48 hours of purchasing the Subscription plan. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. According to the bank's processing time, refunds may take 7 to 8 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
2. If a customer is unable to communicate in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can still request a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the Subscription plan.
3. In certain areas or locations where our services are unavailable, customers who purchase the Subscription plan can apply for a refund within 48 hours of their purchase.
